Shipping & RETURNS
When will I receive my order?
We send all our orders from Perth, Western Australia, within three days of receiving the order.
For orders in Australia, please allow 1 - 5 days. We send all products EXPRESS POST within Australia, which means you can have your product the next day if you live in a main capital city, or within 2 - 5 days if you live more rural.
We will send you a tracking number on the day the item is shipped - if you don't receive a tracking number, please contact us yonipleasurepalace @ gmail.com
Most international orders take between 5 - 10 days to arrive. There have been some cases which have taken up to 4 weeks to arrive due to the country's postage system, which is out of our control (such as Greece, Russia or Italy).
International shipping depends completely on the customs of the country we are shipping to. Please note we are not responsible for any custom fees, duties or taxes that may be imposed through international purchases.
How are the products packaged and sent?
We value your privacy! All products are sent in a discrete box, padded bag or express satchel with no "Yoni Pleasure Palace" branding on the outside of the package, thus no reference to the contents inside the package. A return address label will be on the back of the parcel.
For international orders over 500 grams, we send in a plain brown Australia Post box with the international form on the front.
For Australia-wide orders over 500 grams, we send in a box and then add the box into the bright yellow express post satchel (more cost effective to send this way).
For all products under 500 grams (like a yoni egg), we will send in a padded bag.
How can I track my order?
All items are posted though Australia Post and can be tracked here: http://auspost.com.au
What happens if my product is lost or stolen?
On the very rare occasion, parcels may get lost or stolen. In these situations we lodge an investigation with Australia Post to put in an insurance claim, which can take some time. If you have tracked your parcel and it outlines being ‘delivered’, but is missing from your door step or letter box, please contact your local post office facility as it may still be at the PO box, in transit or being re-delivered. Please email us so we can rectify this situation.
My product looks different than in the photograph.
Each crystal and stone is completely unique in its colour, shade and energy. It's normal for there to be "inclusions" in your crystal. These may appear like discolourations, cracks, lines, fissures or patterns. Crystals are like us - imperfect - so be aware that your crystal may look different to the photographs online.
Do we accept returns of faulty products?
We do not accept returns after 30 days of date of purchase.
If the product is faulty or damaged, the customer must email us within 24 hours of receiving the product and send us a photograph identifying the imperfection.
Depending on the circumstances, we may require the customer to send back the faulty product to our depot. If this is the case, please email us to confirm our office postal address for return shipment. We ask that you also keep the tracking number on the receipt as we will not be able to ship a new product back to you until the faulty product has arrived. In other circumstances, we will send you a new product without requirement of sending the damaged goods back to YPP.
